Leanne has over 20 years’ experience working in the legal and financial sectors.
She started her career as a Junior Legal Secretary working for a Finance Partner, a high pressured role which she needed to pick up quickly and which helped her learn skills which have moulded her into the person she is today.
Throughout her career, Leanne has worked at senior management level, collaborating with partners, finance directors and managing directors.
With both the legal and financial sectors working with highly sensitive data, Leanne has a great understanding of the need for confidentiality and privacy, working with total discretion and dealing with highly-confidential information daily.
Leanne joined the Threadneedle team in February 2024 as Business Operations Manager – a role that sees her oversee processes and procedures, adapting these to ensure our clients receive the best possible service and help the business grow.
Away from work, Leanne enjoys spending time with her family and friends... not forgetting her five-year-old French Bulldog, Bertie.
